If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund:

- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

- Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, or odors are not eligible for a refund.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

The following items are non-refundable:

- Final sale or clearance items

- Gift cards

- Customized or personalized items (if applicable)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
